This area of medical activities is not only about improving patients’ appearance, but also about reconstructing damaged tissue complexes and treating extreme burns. The quintessential goal of Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery is to educate and integrate a medical community – and that is why we established Plastic Surgery and Burns. The journal has become a great tool for spreading knowledge and sharing significant insights concerning the problems that appear every day during the clinical practise.
